garlic powder

onion powder

chili powder or cayenne pepper

Instructions
Allow pork chops to sit at room temperature for 15 mins before starting.
Preheat air fryer to 390º F.
Set up your seasoning/dredge station while the air fryer heats.
Pat pork chops with paper towels to make sure they are dry and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix season salt, black pepper, cayenne or chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Use half of the seasoning mix to season the pork chops (set meat aside)
In medium bowl, whisk together, flour and remaining seasonings.
To third bowl, whisk together an egg and the milk.
To a plate, mix together the panko and olive oil. (you could also omit the olive oil and spray the pork chops with an olive oil spray.
At this point you should have the seasoned pork chops, flour/seasoning mix, egg/milk mix, and panko/oil mix.
Dredge each pork chop in the flour mixture, shake to remove any excess
Next, dip each pork chop in the egg/milk mixture.
Let excess liquid drip off.
Lastly, dredge each in the panko breadcrumb mixture.
Place the pork chops in a single layer.
Cook at 390˚ for 7 minutes.
Flip the pork chops and cook for 6-7 more minutes, or until the internal temperature is at least 145˚
