Crush graham crackers and then mix them with melted butter saturating all crumbs so they bind together.
Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add in sugar and sour cream and beat until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each.
Add the vanilla and beat on low until all is fully incorporated.
Separate the batter into medium sized bowls and dye them using gel colors.
Spoon cheesecake batter on top of crust.
Smooth it with back of spatula or spoon.
Bake for 35-40 min, until center is set and edges are just beginning to brown.
Remove from oven and let cool completely before placing in fridge.
Chill for a minimum of 2 hours.
Slice and serve

If lifting the bars out to slice for display, it’s best to line the bottom with foil or parchment paper.Just be sure to spray it with a non stick spray
